  • Final Sale: All custom printed products are considered final sales due to their personalized nature.

  • Returns and Exchanges: Returns are only accepted if the product does not match the approved design provided by the customer. If the product differs from the approved design in any way, you may request a return or exchange.

  • Process for Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the discrepancy between the product and the approved design.

  • Non-Eligible Returns: Products that match the approved design, including correct personalization, colors, and layout, are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Additional Notes: We recommend thoroughly reviewing your approved design before production to ensure satisfaction, as we cannot accept returns for items that conform to the approved design.
