NO WARRANTY – CUSTOM PRINTED PRODUCTS
All products sold by Turbo Promotion are custom-made and printed according to customer-provided specifications, artwork, text, logos, colors, and design instructions. Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Incorrect color selected by the customer
Customer-supplied artwork, spelling, grammar, or design errors
Differences in screen colors versus printed colors
Minor variations in print placement, color tone, or product dimensions
Delays caused by customer approval, artwork submission, or shipping carriers
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Customer Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, text, spelling, sizes, colors, and design details before confirming their order. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
No Product Warranty
Custom printed products are sold without any express or implied warranty. Turbo Promotion does not guarantee:
Exact color matching
Exact print positioning
Compatibility with specific washing methods or chemicals
Product lifespan beyond normal wear and tear
Suitability for any particular purpose
Normal fading, cracking, shrinkage, discoloration, or wear resulting from regular use, washing, environmental exposure, or improper care is not covered.
Manufacturing Errors
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or if the printed item does not match the approved order specifications due to an error made by Turbo Promotion, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue. After review, we may, at our sole discretion:
Reprint the affected item; or
Provide a partial or full refund for the affected item.
